Wildlife Wednesday – Rhinoceros Iguana
I love wildlife. A lot. I often feel more connected to the natural world than I do to the human world, so I’ve been toying with the idea of starting Wildlife Wednesdays here on Without a Care. This is how it begins.
My first post stars the rhinoceros iguana. This critter can be found in the Oasis, near the park entrance of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Have you seen him/her during your visits?
Conservation status – vulnerable
Primary habitat – Hispaniola
Ya, I saw that beast! He could star in one of those old monster movies where he gets exposed to radiation and gets real big… and crushes the cities! Hehehehee… heck of an animal! :)
