Disney Blog Hop – Food for Thought
Time again for the Disney Blog Hop. This week our hostess selected a food theme. This should be fun. Who doesn’t love food?!?
Kona Cone – Kona Cafe
Half-Eaten Angus Burger w/Asian Slaw and Chips – Captain Cook’s Snack Company
Flatbread and Sangria – Mama Melrose’s
Kids Meal via Monorail – Tokyo Dining
I really need to get back to Walt Disney World.
I’m loving that monorail kids meal!! hope the stress levels lower a bit for you! :)
Sounds like a glass of that Sangria is in order tonight….and I think I’ll join you LOL!
I would love to have one of those monorail plates. So cool.
Thank you…I’m planning for stress relief this weekend. Hoping it works!!
Good idea! …please do. ;o)
I need to try a Kona Cone, I think my husband would love that! Sorry to hear about the gluten/dining out problem. I didn’t mention in the post but the gluten free/vegan bakery in Downtown Disney, Babycakes NYC, is awesome, you’ll have to try it out. :o)
Love the blog Lucinda and as long as the pitcher’s ready…I’ll take a Sangria, too!
The Kona Cone looks like a 2-man operation to me. It’s HUGE!
Thanks so much for the Babycakes recommendation! I will check it out for sure.
Thanks Mrs MouseEars! Glad to have met you tonight. Sharing a pitcher of Sangria would be a splendid way to get acquainted!
oh my gosh the burger and the slaw! MM!
They were so good! The deluxe resorts have amazing counter service IMO.
The pictures are beautiful. Love the definition and the colors! Everything looks so yummy.
Aww…thank you! I think I need new photos!!
How many days now until your trip? I’m an optimist…so I’m still thinking something could work out for me in May. Not looking good though. Pooh.
The monorail kids meal plate looks interesting. That would be so cool to actually have a serving plate like that.
Wow, that kids meal is incredible! I’m definitely going to add that to my food list for our upcoming WDW trip! Thanks for the post!
I know! I thought it was adorable. I’d love to have a couple of them.
My kids really like it at Tokyo Dining. It’s much more kid-friendly than I expected. Do try it!
