Disney Wordless Wednesday – Best of Times V – Wildlife

This week concludes my “Best of Times” series with my favorite photos from trips taken in 2009, 2010 and 2011. Any further submissions for this would require more Walt Disney World vacations. I’m definitely ready for that to happen. Sadly, my budget isn’t.

“Wildlife” is the theme over at Focused on the Magic‘s “Almost Wordless Wednesday” blog hop so I did my best to fit in there as I made my picks. This has caused me to embarrass myself again this week with yet another unflattering photo of myself. See me in my triceratops doing my best Nixon impression? Oh boy. Thanks, Deb. ;o)

Almost Wordless Wednesday – JOY! My Christmas Vacations

Recently, while sorting through my Disney Christmas photos, I realized for the first time, that I’ve been to Walt Disney World three times during Christmas. Never on Christmas Eve nor Christmas Day…but I’ve been during the lights and festivities of the holiday. Three times.

My DWW post this week is a slideshow created from photos and video of all three trips. Click play and have a good time. Dance. Sing. Fa la la la la and HO HO HO!

Disney Blog Hop – It's All About the Flora

It’s Disney Blog Hop time again! Lisa, over at Babes in Disneyland is hosting a happening hop for blogs that are Disney in nature. Becky at Homeschooling Disney Style is co-hosting.

Many thanks go out to these wonderful Disney-loving ladies for having us all! What a fun way to get together with like minds. :)

Floral/Plant is the theme for this week’s hop. There’s plenty of flora to appreciate at every Disney park, but my mind immediately heads to Animal Kingdom. I love the lush jungles at this park and the wide variety of exotic flowers. It’s truly a great place to connect with nature.

I dug up some of my favorite Animal Kingdom flower photos to share for this post. They’re just a small sampling of what you can expect to find there.

I hope you’ve enjoyed the short photo tour of the botanical beauty at Disney’s Animal Kingdom park. Please hop over to our host sites (mentioned in the first paragraph of this post) and hit the links of the bloggers who have joined in. Don’t forget to leave some comment love! And come back again soon!!

Disney Blog Hop – Me Doing Something Disney

Yeah! Another good excuse to go through my Disney photos!!

There’s a blog hop going on over at Babes in Disneyland…for Disney blogs. I just discovered it today and am happy to be able to participate.

This week’s assignment is to post a photo of you doing something Disney. Not as easy as it sounds for me. I’m always the one behind the camera. But I do LOVE the picture I came up with!

While I’ve made over 100 daily Disney park visits, it was only recently that I visited Flights of Wonder at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. I’m so glad I finally made it because I was enthralled. It’s an amazing, not-to-be-missed show.

It’s really going to be fun getting to know each other with this Disney blog hop. Many thanks to the hostesses at Babes in Disneyland.

To everyone heading to Disney’s Social Media Moms Celebration…safe travels!! Be sure to check out my reports from last year’s event by entering “Social Media Moms” in my blog’s search feature in the column on the right. You’ll find numerous posts full of details and photos. Oh yeah…HAVE FUN!!!
